"Beautiful hotel in a very safe a great area. Nice restaurants at the hotel but also at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall. Extremely friendly and service minded staff. I was met with big smiles and welcoming hospitality from everyone. Hotel room was big and comfortable with all the necessary things, except for a Nespresso Machine. That’s a minus. However, my preferred hotel in Manila and I will be back."

"Spacious and clean rooms, excellent customer service. Everyone was eager to please. Kudos to the check in staff, concierge and Cafe astoria esp John Marc. We had the 2 bedroom suite which we enjoyed, gym and buffet breakfast with many options. Loved our room on the 31st floor even though the elevator was a little slow. Walking distance to Edsa Shangrila and Megamall. Grocery and restaurants nearby. "
