I was met with big smiles and welcoming hospitality from everyone. Hotel room was big and comfortable with all the necessary things, except for a Nespresso Machine. That’s a minus. However, my preferred hotel in Manila and I will be back."

"The room is big and have space but i didnt have a comfortable stay because of the aircon not cooling been reported at the reception and maintainance came up 2 days in a row yet nothing change, at my last day given a fruit plate compensate as sorry but theres no fork to use for eating, luckly im satisfoed with waiter Zack at the restaurant he assist my complain folkow up and good service at breakfast good job waiter Zack "

"WiFi was excellent. Proximity to Greenhillls Mall was great. Hotel was attached to the mall. The one bedroom was large. The only thing we didn’t care for was the adjustable mattress. It was a bit too firm even at the lightest/lowest setting. You have to sign a “balcony” waiver and put a $1500 a night security deposit… cash or credit card. It is returned back to you after thought check out and they check the room for any damage."
