"The address of the hotel was wrong on hotels.com. For that reason we missed a paid night at the hotel and used seven hours to look for the hotel. We found the hotel over 2 kilometer away from the adress hotel.com had shared. We called the hotel many times without any reply while searching. When we arrived the hotel spoke poor English and we needed 3 staff for them to understand. We ended up paying for 2 nights and only had a 12 hours stay. Super, super disappointed that no one takes...
