"The hotel was very clean. Tired, but clean. I was told 3 different times to check in for the renovated room I had requested. I ended up in a different room, so I could at least get in. There was no elevators, so I had to carry my 3 suitcases up stairs. The internet was bad, which isnt good when you ..."

"This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. ..."
