The entire place was spotless, there was an outside security guard, the room was immaculate with comfortable beds, and the staff all was friendly and helpful. They bring you a delicious breakfast to your outside personal patio. Don't let the low price deceit you!"

The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, good mosquito nets, comfortable mattress, (pillows a bit large and thick), good screens on the windows for good inside temperature. The fridge, microwave all worked well. Hot water from the solar heating was great and consistent. Service was great for a Rwandan establishment. We enjoyed the Chinese food option - they make some good food. Swam in...

"We loved the property but unfortunately Travelocity doesn’t have any connection to this great hotel and so they didn’t have our reservation or the money I had paid for the stay. The general manager came to meet us to inform us that they aren’t affiliated with Travelocity or Expedia. So I was definitely upset that we had this experience and had to end up paying again for the hotel stay. This doesn’t reflect the quality of the hotel and restaurant which we’re both excellent."

O espelho do banheiro onde fiquei estava quebrado, saiu da parede, estava no chão, sem falar da situação do chuveiro e portas do “box”! Quando chegamos havia chovido e tinha água dentro do quarto, a moça que nos recebeu teve que usar rodo para tirar a agua… roupas de cama sujas, tv no quarto, porém não funciona porque não tem tomada, aliás tem apenas uma tomada no quarto que é usada para o repelente...
