O detalhe que não condiz com 5 estrelas foi o atendimento, alguns membros do staff muito mal treinados - nao recolhiam copos ou lixo das mesas, falam inglês vagamente, não atendem bem e com atenção, não explicaram corretamente todo o hotel.
