"I’m not sure why this hotel didn’t receive highwr ratings. The staff were all excellent with great services. The location of the hotel is fantastic with magnificent rocks surrounding the hotel. I can’t imagine a better place than this hotel."

"O hotel é muito bonito, boa estrutura de quarto, cama confortável, comida excepcional! O detalhe que não condiz com 5 estrelas foi o atendimento, alguns membros do staff muito mal treinados - nao recolhiam copos ou lixo das mesas, falam inglês vagamente, não atendem bem e com atenção, não explicaram corretamente todo o hotel. Na piscina a cada pedido era preciso já pagar com o cartao, as funcionárias para servir eram péssimas porém a maquininha de cartao aparecia instantaneamente"
