We understand how this situation can impact your experience. There was a construction around our resort area, we are aware how this may distrub our guests' comfort. Hence, we have put a notice in our website about the construction so that our guests would know what to expect when booking the room with us. We also have our team in-charge to monitor the construction regularly so that the noise will stay under control. We're incredibly sorry that our efforts were still lacking and could not prevent your lack of experience with us, sir.We also regret to know the accident your partner had with hair discoloration. Although chlorine and copper are not harmful substance, we understand we need to properly control the amount for the best condition of our pool. We can't apologize enough for causing you this frustation. But we will surely have this discussed with our management and be more careful in performing our pool maintenance so this situation will not happen again. We would also to sincerely apologize for our fridge malfunction and the issue with our main pool. We always make sure to do routine maintenance to our home and properly check our room before arrival of our guests to ensure everything is working well. We are deeply sorry these problems went unnoticed by us, but we kindly thank you for letting us know about this. We had our team look over them and the pool deck is currently already listed in our work order. We will certainly work on it as soon as possible within this year.
