Our concept is blend with nature, moreover we are situated In Ubud nearby the jungle and river, that caused we cannot avoid the mosquitoes and bugs in our Villa area. However, we do regular fogging in all of our Villa area and we provide mosquito coil and repellents in each Villas to minimize the spread of the mosquitoes.Regarding the massage, it is based on the package you purchased. Please allow us to clarify that as a part our standard benefits, it includes only 15 minutes shoulder massage. Please accept our sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectation and for the inconvenience experience you have encountered during your stay with us in regard to the bed, bugs, depth of the pool and our location. Your honest feedback are highly appreciated and it has been brought to our most attention for our continuously improvement. As our Villa concept is blend with nature and we are located around the river and valley, we could not avoid the mosquitoes and other animal such as frog and lizard which may appear in the Villa area. We do regular fogging and also we provide mosquito coils and repellent in each Villa to avoid the spread of the mosquitoes. Regarding the location, we are located in Sayan Village which is approximately 15 minutes drive from Ubud Center where you can explore the art and culture of Bali such as temples, museum and the Ubud Royal Family Palace. The other nearest attraction from Ubud is Rice Terrace and Waterfall. However, we are located quite far from the city and beaches area. We once again apologize for any inconvenience you had experienced during your stay with us and we look forward to the day when we can welcome you back and serve you a better experience at Kayumanis Ubud.
