"The property was absolutely beautiful but that being said we had some major issues. First off you need a serious 4wd vehicle to even get to the property and had no idea before. Luckily we had a 4wd suv and it barely made it. Once we got there the staff was very nice and welcoming. The property was beautiful and we were very impressed. We were told we were getting upgraded because the resort was empty. We asked if the pool in the upgrade was heated since we had previously requested the outdoor...

"I stayed in the premium dorm and highly recommend it. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The location of the hostel is super good. You can pay with card. "

"Spacious and nice room and the breakfast is really good and varied! The staff was super helpful, only downside is that the hotel is not in the center of the city"

"Very beautiful architecture. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Convenient location. Both bathroom sinks did not drain very well. Water took a few minutes to heat up, then after heating up it seemed to cool a bit. Breakfast was fine. Very typical for hotel food."

"Very good location and friendly staff "

"Ligger meget centralt.

"The building is a bit run down Fine breakfast buffet, but a very cold room The bed lamp did not work. We asked several times to get itfixed, we stayed there 4 nights and it wasnot fixed. No aircondition in the room. Limited english speakinf staff."

"Rent God beliggenhed"

"Ideal location, comfortable rooms, disastrous communication/service Communication beforehand was disastrous; we had to repeatedly follow up to get email responses regarding transfers and payments. The airport transfer, which had been confirmed in writing, was simply forgotten, leaving us stranded at the airport with all our luggage. In all our years of traveling around the world, we have never experienced anything like this. Upon arrival, however, the welcome was quite warm, and the apology...
