"Park Inn is placed just next to the new elevated highway. The grene area in front of the hotel has been occupied by matatus. Consequently the noise is significant. I therefore checked out several days before time, but there was no option for refund for the remaining days."
"Clarence House is an excellent place to stay and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Westlands. Its close proximity to Sarit Center Mall makes it an ideal place for someone who needs some good shopping and dining options.

"We stayed for more than a week altogether. Our room was quiet, spacy and with all that we needed. Above all we enjoyed a spectacular view of Nairobi through a huge window. It was possible to eat both outside and inside and to take a swim in the pool. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded. Sometimes the internet could be a little unstable.
We would certainly like to return to this hotel some other time. "

"Jeg havde booket værelse med en king size seng men værelset havde kun queen size seng
Der er byggeri ved siden af hotellet som starter fra kl. 8.00 til 17.00 hvilket ikke fremgik af deres hjemmeside, så der var meget støj
Der var lidt mug/skimmel svamp i brusekabinens loft
Og lejligheder havde køkken men jeg skulle bede om at få tallerken og bestik og da der ikke var et fuldt sæt
Sengen var meget hård men de var hjælpsom med atat gøre den mere comfortable, ved at give mig 11 puder som kunne...
"Good value for money. Clean, excellent service at the reception whatever question you have, nice swimming pool, huge breakfast buffet and the hotel is located close to both the Westgate Shopping Mall and the Sarit Centre. Only one little complain; the water was rarely warm."
"The staff were friendly, helpful,and followed up, in short excellent. Five stars. The hotel was clean and well located in safe area walking distance to malls and stores. Not a lot of fancy aminities or manicured grounds, it is a high rise style hotel but very good value for your money. Restaurant is a bit limited but food was good and again staff was first class. The hotel driver arranged a great day long trip to a lake with nice fish lunch. "

I didn’t try the cocktails, but they looked great.I nice place to invite guests.
The hotel gym is well-equipped and is comfortably air-conditioned. I think it’s 24/7. I never tried the wellness centre.
The rooms are large and nice, featuring asic essentials, effective air conditioning, nice showers, fully dark blackout curtains, and I haven’t experienced noise from neighboring rooms. House cleaning is spot on.
The hallways on each floor are quite plain, but you don’t spend time there."
