"I enjoyed my stay at the Wright Place. I had communication with the host before arriving, and I told her my reasons for traveling (birthday related, not mine). When I arrived to check in, I was shown around the property and there was a present waiting on the counter! There was also a little bucket of snacks on the counter, pastries in a dish, and water bottles in the fridge! I thought that was very kind of her. The area was nice and quiet, which allowed me to catch up on some much needed sleep...

"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. We look forward to returning in the near future for another getaway!"

"We had such a great stay. The house is so clean, stocked, and cozy. Our dog was also with us and she liked the backyard. We spent a long weekend and when we come back, we will stay here again! The A/C was awesome and so was the shower. The location is perfect. "

Loved the fans in the bedrooms, (right up my alley) and that there were a few snacks and waters. That was nice as we were rushing to get ready for a nearby wedding."

"Our host thought of everything and the home was great! Close to town but in the country. Right up the street from the Watauga river and parking there. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us. This is one of the best rentals we have stayed in."

"Excellent place to stay! Though a little out from the center of Abingdon, it’s very close to Bristol as well. Beautiful area, home is beautifully maintained, neighborhood is SO quiet! We enjoyed the thoughtful snacks and the comfy couch, and the bed was incredible! The only issue we had was with the stone pathway into the house - while beautiful, it made navigation difficult for my husband who is legally blind. It was gorgeous, but it can be difficult to navigate while also carrying luggage. We...
