Sand Lily features a large primary bedroom with king size bed, 50" tv with surround sound, and en suite bathroom featuring a soaker tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the secondary bathroom.

Entertain in style with spacious outdoor dining area, surround sound and 50" TV in the living room, high speed wifi, and fully stocked kitchen! Come back from the beach and rinse off in our hot & cold outdoor shower before getting the party started! Sand Lily features off-street parking for 4 vehicles.

Family Vaction

This property was great for our family of 4 with young kids and dogs. The house was very clean, updated, and well stocked. The driveway and fenced in backyard were spacious. Donna, the owner, was very accommodating for us and our dogs. Communication with her was very timely and she answered any questions we had. The location was perfect, we will be returning in the future.

Fun times in Tybee

This was our second time staying at Sand Lily and it was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at Sand Lily and in Tybee. The location, the cleanliness, the beautiful yard made us feel right at home. Donna is a very kind and welcoming host. We look forward to returning soon!

Perfection!

The house was absolutely spotless. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the main strip and to the back pier. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need and extra touches that made it feel welcoming. The backyard was large and the fence was perfect for our Aussie doodle and bully doodle to run and play. Donna is the sweetest host I have ever communicated with and she was extremely helpful and kind. I was worried about traveling with pets and also a lot of other details and she completely put my mind at ease and made me feel welcomed and comfortable from a simple text message. We travel to Tybee 2-3 times per year and I will never stay anywhere else if Donna’s house is available. In fact I would base my trip dates off the availability of her home. There is not one single thing that I could say negative about the home or Donna. It was literally the perfect place for our trip.

Tybee Beach

This property was VERY clean and fully stocked with anything we needed. The property owner is very friendly and communicated with us to see if we had any questions. It’s within safe walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard and really appreciated the blackout bedroom blinds. We had an excellent stay.

Property was stunning and clean. The landlord is super helpful and nice. The only downfall was it was about 5 blocks from the ocean. The walk really wasn't bad though. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The house is perfect. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Donna makes us feel welcome. The house was equipped with all necessity for our stay. They provided beach towel, chair , cooler and umbrella. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great bungalow near beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Lily Tybee. The bungalow was spotless and beautifully designed. Comfortable beds and a nice backyard for our dog and sitting outside. It's close to the beach and shops in south Tybee in a sweet, quiet beach neighborhood. Communication with Donna was excellent - she was helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend!

The three of us stayed for the weekend. This house was beyond what we expected. Pictures do not do this house justice. Donna thought of everthing when she thought of theguest, from beach chairs to a leaf blower for the beautiful back yard.

Wonderful Stay!!!

This is really a lovely house and the host has thought of everything. Little snacks, extras in the kitchen, guides, sanitized remotes and so many more little things. Everything you could need for the beach and a lovely back patio with a swing. Our dog Nova loved it. Bed was very comfy and the neighborhood was veery quiet. We will be staying here again!

Perfect Vacation House Close to the Beach

Sand Lily was an absolute pleasure to stay at! Donna was super accommodating and extremely responsive to any questions we had. When we arrived, we were pleased by how cozy and inviting the house was especially for our fur babies. The house is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was super clean with special little touches such as fresh fruit, paper products and soaps in each room. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogs and relaxing. We would not hesitate to stay at Sand Lily again!

Cozy at the Beach!

Sand Lily is THE perfect home for a wonderful getaway in Tybee! Exceptional communication with the owner, Donna, from the moment of booking through check-out. My partner and I stayed for three nights with our two dogs. Sand Lily was very clean, secure, and well stocked for any possible needs! Having dogs with us, we were very pleased to stay in a home that not only had a fenced yard, but was clean and well maintained. Though we only used one bedroom, there was a second wonderfully sized room with a queen bed that would be perfect for kids or travel with friends or another couple. Two bathrooms- allowing your whole group to get ready for a day of fun at the same! Surround sound for the televisions. The bed was very comfortable and we both raved about the water pressure in the shower. The bathrooms were stocked with towels and toilet paper. The backyard (for dog owners) also featured a pet pick-up station should you not have bags. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen appeared to have everything you may need to fix breakfast for a relaxing morning at home make a delicious dinner in the evenings. We loved the outdoor table with tea lights and swing outside. Unfortunately it rained during most of our stay, but we’re sure it would be a great space to kick back and enjoy a grilled dinner/lunch on a good weather day— that’s right, Sand Lily has a grill too! Check- out was a breeze- definitely recommend staying at Sand Lily! Stellar location too!!

Our new go to when visiting Savannah

My wife and I along with our pup came down for a show at the Post Theatre. A very rare snowstorm hit the week of our stay. Donna our Host contacted us and offered to cancel our stay out of concern for us traveling. Very thoughtful of her but we decided to come on down. Unfortunately the day of the show we got notice it was canceled due to band members being ill. All good though. We enjoyed hanging out on the island and just chillin.

Wonderful Trip to Tybee

What can I say? Well, it was perfect! This rental was very nice. It had everything you would need and more. Beds Stocked Kitchen Master Bath Fenced in backyard, with dog waste disposal No carpet, all tile Location All the little extra touches You get the point!! Perfect We rented a golf cart for 4 days. We recommend Tybee golf cart rentals, at 601 First Street . They were the cheapest and very nice to work with. We ate at many places which were all good. We didn't care for the Original Crab Shack though, unfortunately. We found good shells during the low/high tides, but be cautious as water rises fast. We traveled to Savanah twice and it's a beautiful city, plus it's only 30 minutes away from Tybee. The IGA on the island has limited options but it great for necessities. There is a Walmart not to far from town though. I just hope that everyone that rents this property respects the hard work that Donna does to keep the property nice. We have rented many VRBO and this one had so many amenities that others just don't offer. It's the little things that I appreciated about this property and the owner. perfectly lovely

Sand Lily was a nice home away from home. Very comfortable beds with great sheets and pillows! I loved the layout of the house and a great yard for my dog. A perfect location to walk to see the sunset on the river and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Quiet street as well. We spent a week at the house and wanted for nothing. We would happily stay here again!

Weekend retreat

Came to Tybee for a quick getaway with my better half and our dog…We have been coming to Tybee for over 20yrs …We have been renting homes/condos for our numerous trips to Tybee… Our stay here was a great one..it started with amazing communication with Donna the host..! She gave us incredible info on places to go, where to eat..just a great useful amount of information.. Then when we got to the house..it was a true extension of what started of the communication I had with Donna.. house was clean..stocked with all you would need.. great backyard..! Yard and the grounds were maintained.. There was surround sound for your playlist you could play.. We had a great time.. !! Nothing but great, positive feedback from us… We will be back for sure to stay.. Highly recommend staying here.. besides the great location and access to all on Tybee.. The house, grounds and pleasant communication with the host has this one at top of our list..!! BQ

This is our second stay at the Sand Lily. We love it! It’s the perfect location …walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The Sand Lily is as described. Great Host, Dog Friendly, and Two Blocks From The Beach!!

Donna was great! She was very communative, willing to help if needed, and even sent over some great info to help us get aquainted with and find things to do on the island. Sand Lily was a nice, comfortable little home that was super clean, even while being dog friendly. It was also nicely updated, has a fenced back yard, Smart tvs with surround sound/comfy seating, and a well equipped kitchen. My wife and I originally planned to only stay 3 days, but we enjoyed our time there so much we decided to stay an extra day. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Tybee if it's available.
