"This property is perfect for a stay on Tybee Island.We brought our bikes and didn’t need out vehicle all week - the location is great! A few minutes walk to the beach, a short bike ride to ice cream (The Sugar Shack) and Jaycee Park is right outside the back door!"

"Great location. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. House has a great air fryer and Keurig. Lots of space inside. One thing to note is that the second master is either accessible from tiny spiral stairs or going through the screen porch that requires locking/ unlocking doors. We had planned for our older family member to stay in the lower bedroom but the spiral stairs were too difficult and door locks more complicated. "Yes, the property was pet friendly! The weather did not permit us to use the pool. The pool was clean and ready to go!"

"This is a good place to stay. Close to the beach, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. You are in the lower part of the house so you will hear the people upstairs but didn’t bother me. The only complaint would be the bed. The whole thing needs replacing. Really rough on our backs. Overall, I didn’t pay for a five star resort so I did not expect one. "

"Great property! Perfect for our large group. Check-in was easy, and the host was clear and communicative. The house is beautiful and roomy with lots of seating and space. Beds are comfortable We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. Our only minor complaint is that the towel sets didn’t include a bath mat or extra washcloths and hand towels. Otherwise, we had just what we needed."

"Host provided good communication for arrival. Descriptions accurate. North end area, walkable to North beaches and lighthouse (10 - 15 minutes). Easy access to Hwy 80. Cottage is a clean functional small space. Kitchenette consists of sink, microwave and small coffee maker. A blender and small toaster oven in cupboard. Living space is cute one-room area. Bed could be improved with a better mattress for better support, foam topper not effective. "

"Location can’t be beat! Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach!! The outdoor space was nice! (Although we had to request mowing for the backyard.) The bedding in the master had a very strong fragrance so management had the bedding changed asap. One more item to note- the blinds, in several places throughout the house, were cut too short. Including in the 1/2 bath- very strange.. Even with a few annoyances - overall it was a fantastic stay!"

"For our first time at Tybee Island, this location was magnificent. From the third floor balcony, you can see the ocean and is a one block walk to 18th St. beach entry. The check-in process was super easy with the email instructions on how to enter the code to unlock the door and gain access to the property. You are greeted with a spacious kitchen and after searching around…a good coffee machine, a toaster for bagels and toast, Electric gas stove for cooking and a large refrigerator. One...

House is cute with everything you need.I had a small issue with one of the a/c units (leaking water into the floor) and i tried contacting the host through the app and via text to tell him about the issue. I received no response and had to keep a towel and bowl in the floor to catch the water."
