This Historical Spanish Style home has a cozy Bohemian Vibe, with both modern updates and comforts. Approx. 850 sq ft.² featuring 2 KING bedrooms & 1 full bath. Tile, hardwood and fresh paint throughout. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, made with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect HOME away from HOME!

Fully stocked kitchen makes cooking from home convenient and efficient. Updated with full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple. Complete with a dining table with seating for (6)

Washer & Dryer for guests use located in basement which is a separate common area, shared with the basement apartment guest. **Laundry is available from 9am-8pm as a mutual courtesy to not disturb other guests.

Private fenced backyard with small deck, BBQ Grill and outdoor dining set. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the outdoor space. Cozy gas fire pit for a cool night on the patio with comfortable seating.
Pack n play, is available on request.

NOTE: This is a main level home on one level. There is a separate basement apartment on the property and there may be other guests present. There is also a “Glamper” at the back of the lot that has a separate yard and enters off the alley. ALL units have completely private and separate entrances as well as Private AND Separate fenced yards.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private home, private outdoor space & shared laundry
**Washer/Dryer in shared common area laundry room in basement available between 9am-8pm.
**Private outdoor deck with grill, gas fireplace, and fenced in back yard.
**There is a pack n play available on request.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is 3 blocks from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Pierce Park, Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.

Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. A recent revitalization brought new businesses and a community common space for events – including a splash pad for families. Patrons will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers have started to crave walkability, the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.

Some popular downtown events include Western Days, Twin Falls Old Town Criterium, Oktoberfest, Twin Falls Light Parade and more.

The Perrine Bridge (2.5 miles) is the most famous bridge in Idaho and the fourth largest arch bridge in the United States. It is 1,500 feet long and crosses 486 feet above the floor of the Snake River Canyon. The bridge has walkways for pedestrians to walk out on and enjoy the spectacular view.

Located in Southern Idaho, 130 miles from Boise, Twin Falls is best known for Shoshone Falls, the Niagara of the West, and bountiful outdoor adventures. Twin Falls has a thriving agriculture-based economy, which powers its reputation as a preferred location for food science, production and processing companies.

Getting Around:
The property is centrally located and has a Walk Score of 63 out of 100. This location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot. This is a great neighborhood for walking on the tree lined streets and is safe & friendly. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within .5 miles of the house. The location is approximately 1 mile from the College of Southern Idaho, 1 mile to the downtown historical shopping district, and 2.5 miles to the Magic Valley Mall.

Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley is an approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks and 45 min to Hagerman.

There is a local airport but most people fly into Boise (1hr 15min) or SLC (2.5 hrs).
