No parties or large events permitted. We deeply value the peaceful coastal ambience of our neighbourhood - thank you for helping preserve its tranquility. Mana Beach House is exclusively for family rejuvenation and intimate friend gatherings (houseguests only). External guests, DJs, after-hours entertainment, or any commercial events are strictly prohibited.

Noise Restrictions:

To respect our residential area and neighbouring homes, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. Outdoor music must be turned off by 8pm, as sound travels easily around the pool.

Elopements & Photoshoots:

Planning a wedding, elopement, or commercial photoshoot? Please contact us prior to booking. An additional fee of $1,500 + GST per day applies to ensure exclusive access and proper preparation.

Pets:

Small, non-shedding dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Please contact us to discuss.
