"Excellent property close to everything you want for a holiday/break.Only bad issue was the parking. There is a fern next to your car. There was a small rain shower and the fern dropped leaves/sap on the car. On return home we found the paint was damaged. Dont park in the driveway if you value your paint work. "

"Great location, parking with a 4wd needs to be on the street as garage height is too low. A few of the locks/latches through the property are not working properly. This is a quiet creek with swimmers, kayaks and a dog beach opposite ... no jet skis or noisey boats. Always something happening though."

"unfortunately, our stay in the Cabarita apartments was quite average. We were given mixed instructions to check-in and wasted an hour when we arrived trying to work out how to check-in. The property manager was difficult to contact. The locks and keys to the apartment were old and difficult to open. The apartment and property were quite old and tired. They needed a bit of maintenance and clean up. Being a back apartment it was quite dark. Very limited inclusions - having a small amount of...
