"This property was just as advertised-immaculate and beautiful with a great view of the ocean. The owners were extremely helpful in preparing us for our stay and were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. "We enjoy our stay at this condo. It had all we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids (5y &10y). We rented a car and explored the island. Taylor Beach is hands down the best we ever seen. Shark Bite and Mango Reef were amazing restaurants within walking distance. Michael, the host, is the best we every experienced through VRBO. No question unanswered. AMAZING! Overall, Turks and Caicos are definitely worth to see and experience."

"Very clean property on Chalk Sound. The beauty of the sound & the dock with water access were wonderful. It’s very quiet & it is helpful to have a rental car at this location. Sopadilla beach is about 2 miles away as is Las Brisas restaurant (great salad & dinners). Also, give Que Bola, Little Havana (next door to Chalk Sound police dept) a try. Very clean establishment, with good food. Charming owners. They have dine in as well as take out. A little frustrating that we didn’t get check in...

We found communication to be slow and at times repetitive messages needed to be sent to get a response- despite this check in and check out went smoothly and we had no issues. "Even though we are on the side of the island that is away from the hussle and bussle of Queens Bay. It is the perfect area for private beaches with peace and quiet. "We had great communication with the host from the start. Everything was as described. The house was nice and spacious with beautiful views. Quick walk or bike ride to the The Bight beach. Beds were comfortable. It was really nice having a washer and dryer in unit and right across the street from the grocery store. The caretaker was helpful and around during the day. We had a great experience and would definitely come back to stay!"
