"Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah. Pools were great. Towels are available at both big pools which one of been good to know as we kept going to the main pool next door at...

"Paradisus los cabos is a wonderful hotel. The entire staff is fantastic, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool with swim up bar is so fun, with daily activities hosted in the pool. There are lots of sun beds and pool towels, so you will always find a space to sit. The food is delicious and each of the restaurants provides a wide range of tasty options."

"Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained. For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with. The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."
