The villa is equipped with a private elevator offering access to all the levels, heating and air conditioning.

The villa is built on 3 levels connected by a private elevator: a basement, a ground floor, a first floor and a fitted roof top.

GROUND FLOOR:
- At the entrance, a large double-height hall leads to a splendid, bright double living room with its bay windows in arcades decorated with golden columns, and a dining room.
- Another spacious and comfortable living room with TV area.
- A spacious fully equipped kitchen (hob, hood, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker...) with central island and dining room.
- A restroom for guests.

FIRST FLOOR:
Accessible by elevator or stairs, the first floor contains the night area which consists of five very bright and cozy double suites each with its own dressing and its own bathroom, one of which has a Jacuzzi.

SECOND FLOOR:
A fitted roof top with a large terrace offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the lake of Tunis.

BASEMENT:
A sixth suite with its dressing and bathroom, a second kitchen with a storage room, a laundry room, a service studio with its own entrance, and a large private garage for 6 cars. The basement is accessible by elevator or stairs.

EXTERIOR:
The villa is surrounded by a green, well-maintained grassy garden with a barbecue area and a charming heated swimming pool with an outdoor shower.

Guest access:
Guests are allowed to use all parts of the villa except the service studio which is reserved for staff.

Located in one of the most prestigious and secure areas on the banks of the lake of Tunis, our villa will offer you a calm and peaceful stay while enjoying the immediate proximity of the best restaurants, clubs, tea rooms, gyms, amusement parks, walks and courses along the lake.

Well served by taxis and means of transport, you will be 12 minutes from Tunis Carthage airport, 15 minutes from the center of Tunis, 10 minutes from the archaeological site of Carthage and 15 minutes from the amazing beaches of Marsa or Sidi Bou Saïd.

ON-SITE SERVICES:
█ Room service and cleaning included: We provide daily full cleaning service of the villa including room service.

█ Laundry service included: Bedroom, bath and table linens are replaced automatically every 3 days, and also on request and according to your needs.

█ On-site food service on request: A quality on-site catering service can be provided on request. Please let us know your food wishes and cuisine preferences as early as possible before your arrival so that our chefs can plan your meals. Price per meal and per person: Breakfast at €14, Lunch at €28, Dinner at €28, 3-meal package at €60.

█ Cleaning and ironing service on request: A washing, dry cleaning and ironing service can be provided on request during your stay.

█ Airport shuttle service on request: A shuttle from the airport to the villa and/or from the villa to the airport can be offered at an additional cost and on request. Please express your airport shuttle request as soon as possible before your arrival to help us plan your arrival as best as possible.

█ Special requests: We will do our best to satisfy all your special requests (transportation, accessibility, guard, equipment, assistance, etc…). Please let us know your needs as soon as possible before your arrival so that we can study and prepare them.
