Located in La Privada-Aldea Zama, Villa HA' will bring you security and comfort as you experience an incredibly relaxed and fun stay. Bring the whole family, or gather a group of pals for a retreat at a great place with lots of room for fun.
The space
Villa Ha' offers spacious living spaces with an abundance of natural lighting for you and your guests to enjoy. Large bedrooms with king-size beds and all-wood furnishings provide comfort for leisure living. A roomy kitchen with a dining table will provide plentiful seating for your party. Villa Ha' offers multiple private patio areas. There are two private pools on property; one on the main level, one on the rooftop overseeing the jungle of Tulum, and a 6-person hot-tub **note: hot-tub is at room temperature range, it cannot be adjusted**. The property has two terraces, each with a grill and an outdoor dining area.

Housekeeping:
For stays of 4 days or more, one complementary housekeeping service will be offered, at that time towels and sheets will be changed. ***If you would like additional housekeeping during your stay, there’s a charge of $60 per day.
Guest access
Villa Ha' is centrally located to the community center, where one can enjoy a lap size pool and a pickle ball court. In addition, this villa is in a unique ecological area surrounded by the jungle. It is a 5-10 minute bike ride to the city center and 12-minute bike ride to the incredible beaches in the hotel zone of Tulum. There are many shops, restaurants, and bars in the area.
Other things to note
-Aside from what the exclusive gated Aldea Zama community has to offer, you will have access to our private concierge who will help you arrange on and off premises activities, such as a mariachi band, chef services, spa treatments, private yoga lessons, safe and reliable transportation from the airport and in town and nearby sight-seeings, etc.

-Due to our continued commitment to the environment, and as a means to encourage our guests to be mindful and reduce wasteful consumption of energy. There is an additional electricity cost calculated that is based on KWs consumed during your stay. You will be charged 50% of your total KWs consumed during your stay.
A meter reading is performed at check-in and again at check-out. We will provide you with both images.
The rate is as follows: $5.5 Mexican Pesos in the area per kilowatt consumed.
