"We really enjoyed being out in the suburbs, and being able to use the nearby metro station, as well as walking places. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downsides were the broken toilet seat that was held together by duct tape (uncomfortable on the legs), and the lack of soundproofing. We could sometimes hear loud voices coming from the room above us, as well as scraping chairs, and one evening these noises went on quite late into the early hours of...

"The suite was exactly what we needed. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood while minutes away from the beach and downtown White Rock, the matresses were very comfotable which is important for us. English is a second language for the host but we were able to communicate well. Nancy is a warm and welcoming host and looked after us very well."

He gave us an alternate date , and although it did not fit into our plans in the end, he was willing to at least try to accommodate. It was appreciated. "

"The studio apartment is good for a one night's stay for 1 person maybe 2 people. The unit is a bit tight. My biggest complaint if you would say is the stairs. The concrete stairs getting to the unit are incredibly steep so getting luggage down them was nerve wracking. I don't remember any non-slip pads on the steps but there is a railing.Finding the house was a bit challenging. I would recommend the host having a picture of the actual house as I struggled to find the place I was to be. I arrived...

"My husband, mother in law and two young daughters stayed here as a home base for a multi-day wedding event for a family member and it was perfect.We were in need of bedding for the pull out bed and our host promptly brought it down, and was friendly and welcoming during every exchange.The laundry machines had supplies and there were ample towels, pillows and even some popcorn and other snacks in the cupboard. "
