"The cabin was extremely clean and had everything you needed for a long weekend. It was very quick to get into town and close to a good grocery store (Ingles). The hot tub was clean and functional and check in and check out was super easy. Only very minor comment is that there are a few other houses right nearby (although they were very quiet and didn’t bother us). But it is definitely not in a remote location with grand views - we were happy to be closer to a main road (and there was NO road...

"I LOVED this cabin! It was exactly the cabin feel I was going for on my solo mom-vacation. Instructions were simple and I had everything I needed. Perfect location, far off in the woods. The host wasn’t joking when she said you need 4WD - the dirt/gravel road is about 2 miles, with lots of steep inclines. My 4WD handled it fine, just be aware. I will absolutely be back!! "It was a beautiful, peaceful cabin, surrounded by nature. Two fawns came across the property every morning just before sunrise and hung around for almost an hour. Communication with the host was easy with prompt responses. Hot showers after long hikes, a kitchen stocked with all the cooking utensils and gadgets you could possibly need, and easy instructions to enjoy the amenities.I do recommend taking walking sticks if you walk the Lake Adger Trail. From the house, there are major hills covered...

"Check in was simple and efficient, and our host was an timely communicator. The house is clean and spacious with ample in and outdoor space for lounging. Very dog-friendly front and back porch. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of linens. The creek is just behind the house and provides for a lot of fun exploring. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking to stay in the area!"

"Clean property. Hot tub was nice! Deck needs alittle love but was still nice to be outside. The screened in area needs some work to be safe for little ones. Inside is rustic and homey. Older cabin floors are creaky makes it hard to not wake others if you are an early riser lol. Overall great place to celebrate my birthday with family. "
