This gorgeous Tahoe Donner retreat is spacious and welcoming. Enter into the beautiful living, dining and kitchen area with large picture windows and take in the wooded, private views. The huge kitchen will be a delight to cook in and the whole gang can gather in the dining room area.

There are three bedrooms on the main floor, a King Bedroom with a TV, a Queen Bedroom, and a large bunkroom with a gas fireplace, King Bed, a pull-out sofa, a twin bunkbed as well as a TV and attached bath. Also on the main floor is a shared hallway bathroom and laundry/mudroom.

Downstairs, you'll find the gigantic garage with a large extra refrigerator/freezer in it. Upstairs, there's a loft area with a separate work station. Here you'll also find two more bedrooms- a King Bedroom with a gas fireplace, a desk, and an attached bath with a separate tub and shower, as well as a Queen bedroom with a TV and attached bath with a separate shower.

There's room here for everyone to spread out if they wish, and comfortable places to gather together. You'll never want to leave this haven in the woods!

1. Parking for 4 vehicles.- 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
2. 4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months. Driveway is steep upslope, but flattens as it approaches garage entrance.
3. The property has a metal roof from which snow & ice can slide causing injury or death to those below. Children should never be allowed to play unsupervised outside when snow loads exist on the roof. People should never walk under the eaves of the property when snow load is present on the roof.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.​​​​​​​
