Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, backyard access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Hot Tub Notice: The hot tub is reserved for owner use only and is not available for guests.
A hot tub service vendor will visit the property once per month during the 3rd week for routine maintenance. They will only access the backyard and will not enter the home. The visit is brief and should not disrupt your stay
• Garage and driveway parking for 3 vehicles available.

Guests staying at the property have access to 6 passes that gain access to the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; private beach (summers only), and other exclusive amenities.
