Please note that amenity access is not guaranteed and is subject to HOA policies, availability, and applicable fees. POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. A 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months to access this home.
4. The property has a metal roof that renders the rear deck unusable during the winter.
5. Due to snow shed front railing is removed during winter months to prevent damage.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
