"Lovely well thought out little cottage in nice quiet area on outskirts of Bath. But local buses close by that make access to the city really easy. Although is a bit of steeper walk back up to the cottage might be harder for some with walking difficulties. Or driving in easy enough. After busy day was nice just to relax in comfortable lounge, and if not up for cooking def recommend the local chippy (if you gluten free they do cater on a Monday and Tuesday too). We did not get to enjoy garden alas...

Great use of the space, quiet area and welcoming host who was available for any questions. "This house is beautiful and full of character. It is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was easy to use and the shower was perfect. We loved Amesbury as well - it is a great small town with easy access to Salisbury and the main A303 route. Overal an excellent stay. "
