"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. "Is only recommend for families with children and people from Italy. The hotel is generally very noisy, and the children are allowed to see film in the restaurant. We did not use the pool, as it was full off noisy children. The service in the restaurant is bad if you don´t speak italian, because the staff does not speak english, and therefore trives to avoid customer who are not Italian. One evening we waited 50 minutes for first course. Suggestion: staff should learn english, separate families...
