"Irma is located beatiful, with magnificent view over the Zihuatanejo bay. The pool area is great too. The service are not good; check-in was a drag. The english language was a Challenge at reception. We prepaid for 5 people, only showed up 4, still they wanted us two pay xtra because the child was 13 and for them an adult. We wrote the age before we paid…. In the end, they understood, that we had already paid for 4 adult in advance… During the stay, the reception seemed indifferent when we got...

"Catalina has the best location on playa la Ropa, Zihuatanejo. The service is great and the atmosphere is warm and familiar. Do not miss the sunset at the Panoramic Sunset bar or the great food in the restaurant Linda Vista. Despite the fact that parts of the hotel is showing signs of wear and tear, it is still worth every penny. Thanks to Catalina Beach Resort for a great vacation"

"Had a bad experience in the restaurant with the waiter. Did not make us feel welcome at all and we heard him talking to the bartender saying we were Americans. Didnt let us sit where we wanted and it WAS NOT busy at all. Also didnt have tonic water for our drinks which was on the menu. Other than that experirnce, it was excellent. "
