"This was an amazing property. Everything was clean and inviting. Our kitchen had everything we could possibly need. They left a notebook with recommendations and instructions.
Our dogs transitioned well and loved to walk around the lake. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
Our only issue was the hard mattress. Neither of us could sleep on that. I suggest taking something cushy, like a thick sleeping bag. "

"The property was very nice and communication was fast. We met Rick when we got there and he was very welcoming. He has built a really cool place. The view of Lookout Mountain from the rooftop spot was cool. The hot tub was a nice touch. However, it is very close to other cool stays he has built."

"Great property. The pictures are exactly what you get. I would say that the living room is a little small for 5-6 people. So, we hung out in the primary bedroom to watch a movie all together on the night it rained. Also, be prepared to have a few bugs visit during your stay. The host left bug spray and a write up about it, but it was still annoying to have to spray and kill spiders and ants while on a vacay."
