"Our stay was awesome! It’s perfect for a family and we will definitely be back for our next visit to Gainesville. The apartment was clean, with a kitchen that allowed us to keep beverages and snacks. If we had wanted to make meals, we could have, though the restaurants in the area were great, so we did not. The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The amenities were beautiful: pool, pickleball court and gym. I can’t emphasize enough what a great vacation this made for us! "

"I spent a few days here celebrating my birthday with some family and friends. We had an amazing time. This is a incredible location with fantastic amenities--really everything you need for a fun, relaxing river vacation.I would recommend reading the property description closely and making sure that it's a good fit for what you're planning. E.g., no parties, limit on how many cars can be on the property, and the nearest neighbors are very close by. But if you're just looking to relax and...

"Very cute user friendly. Id call it the Garden of Eden in the outdoor tub shower and bath common area; unique and beautifully designed-made the place a whole experience. My dog enjoyed her ability to run free on the property. Was a little confused on address, I thought it was withheld until day of check in so perhaps I was looking for it in the wrong place. Didn’t get any response back from property manager and cell went straight to VM but found it eventually.Also thinking some drinking water in...

"Reminiscent of Grandparents Lake House/Hunting Cabin, on beautiful/scenic location with lots of deer and other wildlife around. The local Park Access Keys, that comes with rental, provided a Huge plus for us and we also launched our Kayak from them. No kayaks here or access right now from backyard creek to Santa Fe river, as trees blocking/down creek but was easy and very close to transport to local launch areas. No wifi but We have AT&T and with our phone hotspot were able to connect and watch...

"The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!"

"This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. "

"This wholesome ranch over exceeded our expectations! In addition to exceptional cleanliness and a fully equipped home (for 6), the grounds offer a different perspective on living - compared to our city life. Watching the animals during our morning coffee and throughout our stay was mesmerizing! Janie and her family went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It is definitely a home that will stay imbedded in our core memories forever. "

"Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs"

"This place was awesome. The view, the cleanliness and the location. We were 11 minutes from Ginnie Springs, 8 mins from Fort White and 15 mins from High Springs. This is great for couples that want to get away from the city life for awhile. Will totally recommend to someone else about this place. "

"We spent two weeks at this delightful property and enjoyed every minute of it. The scenery is incredible--we sat outside on the deck or porch every day and watched the river flow by. Just beautiful! The house is charming and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful, a great place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning to return next year to this wonderful property!"
