"The room was large and clean. However, this is a self-check in hotel so there is no staff on site. The night that I stayed, the family staying on the same floor had three young children that they allowed to play on the stairs and in the hallway, which was noisy. With no staff around, there is not much recourse for noise or other issues that may arise. "

"No information regarding how to get in, which block, which apartment. Nothing. No response on the phone number. Was standing at 01.30 am talking to security with no information. And yes i was checked in online, and yes i checked my spam email. I had to find another place to sleep!"
