"L’accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata fantastica e ci hanno viziato con le prelibatezze dell’orto del sig. Bruno ( uva fichi pomodorini basilico peperoni peperoncino prezzemolo ). Hanno accolto anche i nostri due cani di taglia media e anche se abitano al piano superiore, la privacy è assoluta."

"Struttura semplice ma funzionale. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e sono il vero valore aggiunto. Molto utile anche la tavola calda sotto la camera, che permette pranzi veloci ed economici. Cucina “cafona” come la definiscono loro stessi 😆 e hanno un sorriso e due chiacchiere per tutti. Consigliato!"

"A very clean, comfortable apartment in the perfect location for the beach, dining and amenities. Also, a short drive to Pescara, Chieti, and the Trabocchi coast. The owner Giuseppe was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 Luglio 2017 al 05 Agosto 2017 e ci siamo trovati bene come appartamento , come vicinanza al mare e disponibilità del sig. Giulio . Unici appunti a parere nostro, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata ( mitigata dalla presenza dl ventilatore), la vicinanza alla ferrovia ( per una camera matrimoniale) ed il condominio che non si presentava in buone condizioni ma questo non è certo una mancanza del proprietario "
