"We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. I am a vrbo host I...

"All perfect. Just a tad bit issie with the washing machine may be we didnt notice if that was already mentioned in the listing, but machine was not working so we had to do some replanning with the clothing. Otherwise the cabin is quite nice. Very thoughtful hosts. Location is good not too far from Gatlinburg. Overall a great place for a break. Will sure book again when we plan to go."

"Was as advertised, cozy, clean, great bed. Hosts were great!"

"This place was perfect for us on this trip. We only needed one bedroom but there are 3 at this one. Everything you need for the kitchen is provided. I loved having a washer and dryer also. A covered place to park our motorcycle was a super plus for us. They even provided towels for wiping off the morning dew that will settle on our bike. But the covered parking helps out tremendously! If you have ever left your bike uncovered in this area it will be absolutely soaked in the morning. Plenty of...

"In town for a quick family weekend at Dollywood. Perfect location, great views, got to see a bear and plenty of space for the fam!"

"Property was exactly as advertised, new and clean. Beautiful mountain views and view of the city. We stayed for a wedding at the Trillium Wedding venue. It was perfect for us. Checkin was easy, we received all the information beforehand, I would recommend and stay again"

"Thanks so much for a wonderful cabin that was so clean and stocked with all the essentials."

"Everything was great. Did not realize we had our own personal jacuzzi on the back porch. Put the cherry on top. Very quiet neighborhood and the permanent residents were very nice. Definitely will be staying again"

"Clean fun and easy for a small fMily"

"Very clean, well supplied cozy cabin. Views are spectacular. Love it. Would stay again in a heartbeat . "

"We definitely enjoyed our stay! If we get to come back to Tennessee again we will definitely stay here again."

"I will start by saying that the host is a wonderful person, and very responsive and tried to help and accomodate us in every way. We booked a week stay, because of the location and reviews that were mostly exceptional. My review is "not so exceptional" is to help others like myself not to be mislead. We are a family with 3 children (10, 10, and 12). I read "fully equiped kitchen" and assumed it was. However, I would say that the kitchen misses the very basic supplies. Beside no dishwasher,...

"We enjoyed our stay at this cabin"

"Susanne’s home was beautiful! In a peaceful, serene setting but still close to anything you could possibly need. Susanne was super responsive and extraordinarily helpful as we had many questions about the area. The space is open and inviting and while there were only 2 of us there is easily room for a family of 4-6 to be there together and still have plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed with anything we needed to make a meal. Comfy beds and sparkling clean."
