Hytter i Town of New Haven

"There’s a lot of bad things I could say about this cabin. But the worst thing was (the wiring). I was worried the cabin would catch on fire. Some of the light fixtures were loose in the walls. Especially the kitchen. We did not use the hot tub. We were informed that if water was spilled out it would trip the electric breaker box."

"Very clean, perfect for what we needed, which was a place to relax, eat, watch some tv and sleep after white water rafting."

"Clean and secluded"

"It was perfect 👌"

"Absolutely beautiful home! The host has kept the property in pristine, like-new condition, and I found myself wanting to stay inside just to take in all the thoughtful details. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well organized. The home had the perfect amount of amenities, and the information provided about the surrounding area was incredibly helpful. If you’re considering staying here, I would absolutely recommend it! Overall, we had a wonderful trip, and the home itself was...

"Staying at the Laurel was a very wonderful relaxing time. After touring all the beautiful national and state parks in the area it was the perfect place to unwind and prepare for another day of touring. It is as lovely as it looks."

"This is a very nice experience for one or two nights. The staff at check-in were great. The location in the woods up in a tree is great. That’s why you go there. It’s quaint and small, an octagonal one room cottage in the trees, with a tree trunk in the middle. It has a cute little deck to sit outside and enjoy a drink or coffee. The hot tub is ready to use and a plus. Why it’s a short stay place, is that the bathroom is tiny and not very private. You must wash your hands and brush your teeth...

"Property was clean, the host was easily contacted and responsive."

"Our family enjoyed the quiet cabin. Only 25 min from our rafting tour. The fireplace gave off a lot of heat and the hot tub was also nice for warming up and relaxing after rafting. Memory foam beds were firm but comfy. The attention to detail with all the bears in the decor was a nice touch, along with the handmade soaps. I would recommend Apple Maps instead of google, which took us to the neighboring cabin."

"10/10 will be booking again!"

"Stay was great. No issues. Would stay again."

"Great place"

"We had a great time at the cabin. We used the hot tub every day. Had enough utensils and things to be able to cook dinner at the cabin every evening. Great location to all the main activities. There was games at the cabin. We had a great time for a quick family trip."

"We loved this little cabin tucked back in the woods for our family of four! We grilled and enjoyed the hot tub each day. The girls enjoyed the rock painting kit we borrowed at check in. Only complaint is that there were only 3 forks in the unit. Also found the website for these country road cabins and could have saved over 100 using it instead of Vrbo."

"Perfect place for our short stay at NRGNP and surrounding areas. We loved the comfortable, clean, spacious cabin and its amenities. We’d highly recommend to others, and we’d love to return again to stay longer someday. "
