"The location of the apartment is excellent in walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The apartment would have been rated higher but several things were disappointing. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay and no attempts made to fix it. The refrigerator had no freezer. There were no starter coffee pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, kitchen sponge. All of these are correctable and would have made our stay more enjoyable."
