"There’s probably not a bad location in Montepulciano, but this place is pretty much ideal, just minutes from both the main square and the Main Street. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it has a nice rustic feel. The breakfast was great, with many sweet and savory choices in a buffet setting. The hosts are both friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. "

"Posizione eccezionale nella piazza centrale di Civitella e con vista sulla val di chiana. Soggiorno un po’ piccolo e camera da letto in soffitta probabilmente non adatto a persone anziane ma altrimenti molto carino. Bagno spazioso. Torneremmo volentieri"
