We offer for tourist rent a two-bedroom apartment in the city center in an area with developed infrastructure. The apartment is 59 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, bathroom and a balcony, which is partially glazed. House without an elevator! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioners are installed in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Fans and heaters are in all rooms. Spanish TV (TVs are in all rooms, even on the balcony). Wireless Internet. About 160 meters from the house there is a supermarket "Consum". Many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The sea and the city beach Del Cura are about 900 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the open part of the balcony. The fine for violation is 200 euros!
Check-in to the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
