The 59 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, there is summer furniture on the balcony. The house has a swimming pool. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. There are many cafes and bars within a radius of 200 meters. The Consum chain supermarket is about 100 meters away, and a 24-hour pharmacy is 150 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are only 300 meters away! Accommodation option - up to four people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! Penalty for smoking indoors - 200 euros.

Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
