"We have just returned from a 3 weeks trip to Sicily. We spent 5 days at Antonio's property. We rented the small house for 2 but Antonio was very kind to offer us a larger apartment with more space and a wonderful terrace and views of the countryside. "Kleines Häuschen mit sehr guter Ausgangslage und Anbindung an die Buslinien in beide Richtungen. Großer Strand in Laufnähe und über die Felsen kommt man am Meer zu sehr schönen, kleinen, versteckten Sand-/Kiesplätzen. "The house and large terrace were great. Air conditioning a big plus as it was so hot! You definitely need swim shoes to swim off the rocky/sharp shelf at the end of the path and be careful not too put hands down as you will get sliced! Snorkel a must as so many fish to see The close by beaches are less hazardous. House on a busy road and beside the city cemetery (which is an old and interesting place to visit if you like that sort of thing).The Sicilians are let down by their governing bodies...
