There are two large bedrooms both offering views over Torquay Harbour as well as the lounge and private terrace. The Apartment has a high-quality finish, furnishing and decoration with handpicked design elements to provide you with nautical – themed coastal paradise. All the doors throughout property are white with porthole windows!
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully-fitted and equipped to make cooking and serving while your stay as delightful and relaxing as every other aspect of your holiday.
Entrance: The Apartment is accessed via a communal hallway and steps down to the main door.
Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: The gloss white kitchen cupboards store all the necessary equipment for your stay. There is an oven and 4 ring induction hub; built in dishwasher, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and washer/dryer. Nespresso Pod coffee machine. Matching white breakfast bar / dining table with nautical touch of 3 ship lights complemented with 4 comfortable white leather chairs. Two seater sofa and two armchairs to enjoy the views or watch the movie on 55'' smart TV. Google speaker available for those appreciating techy gadgets. The bright furniture is complimented with colourful paintings to bring the seaside resort blue colours to the interior.
Terrace: is equipped with garden furniture overlooking communal gardens and Torquay seafront for you to enjoy magnificent views.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has French doors to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, equipped with a double bed with LED reading lights attached to the headboard – chest of draws and a wardrobe. Impressive views from this room.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has two single beds that can be used as one King size bed (zip&link), bedside tables with reading lights, a chair, chest of draws. Also this bedroom benefits from exciting views towards the Torquay Seafront from the windows.
Family bathroom A shared family bathroom features a shower, washbasin and WC.
Parking: No private parking provided, public on street parking available nearby, subject to availability.
Changeover Day: Saturday
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electricity and gas central heating, included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
