"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. They had already provided restaurant recommendations along with phone numbers and addresses. "The owners were really lovely and accommodating, they leant me things from their own kitchen as I needed to bake some bits while I was staying there, and even offered to put the dishes in their dishwasher so I didn’t have to wash it up myself. Although, the kitchen had everything you needed for a normal stay there. They waited up for us as we were late getting there for check in, due to a long journey.
