Due to the convenient proximity from Torquay town centre and the local bus and train links, a car is not necessary. For guests bringing a car, you will find unrestricted public parking along the high wall side of Warren Road.

Getting Here
The holiday retreat is best suited for those using public transport. A frequent Bus service from the
Strand is a 5-10 minutes' stroll away (along the harbour side), whilst Torquay Train Station is a short taxi ride/ 15 minutes' stroll away.
For those driving, the best advice is to leave the car along Warren Road, and then enjoy reaching
everything on foot when you are. Exeter Airport is reachable in just 38 minutes by car or taxi.
Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
