"1) Waiting outside the front door for nearly an hour 2) Having a man taken you to another address past midnight 3) The sheet had multiple stains on it 4) Change the sheet at 1:30 AM in the night - with another that also has stains on it 5) A smelly fridge with hair in it 6 And mull in the shower Now they refuse to make a refund Thank you."

"I wouldn't call the place a hotel. It's probably closer to a hostel. However, it was clean and within walking distance of the city center. If you need an affordable bed near Toronto center it will be fine. If you expect a regular hotel experience, you should probably look for another hotel."
