This is a side split home. The right side of the home is where we host our private suite.

All of the key elements of the suite are 100% private for you. That includes the entrance, kitchen, bathroom, & laundry.

2 free parking spots available (a rarity for this area)
Other things to note
I live with my wife on the other side of the home. We are a mature and quiet couple with no kids. Our part of the home is completed closed off from this suite. There is NO access between our home and this suite.

We will be sure to ensure that you have the upmost of privacy.

Our home is only a 10 minute walk to Yonge street. The advantage of our place over a condo directly on Yonge street is how quiet our street is. After a long day of exploring the vibrant area, you will be able to come back to the suite, relax in the backyard and listen to birds chirping.
