• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of neighbours.
• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the suite is strictly prohibited. A minimum fine of $500 will apply if detected.
• Registered Guests Only: Overnight stays (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM) are limited to registered guests. Unregistered visitors may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• Respect the Property: Do not remove household items, appliances, or furniture. Please keep the original arrangement intact.
• Cleanliness: Maintain the suite in good order during your stay and tidy up before departure.
• Shoes Off Indoors: Kindly remove shoes upon entry. Slippers are provided for your comfort.
• Owner Access: The owner may enter the suite only if there is reason to believe the property or guests are at risk, or if house rules are being violated.
• Damages: “You break it, you pay for it.” Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage to furniture, appliances, or fixtures.
• Peace & Respect: Guests who disturb the peace or violate house rules may be refused accommodation. In such cases, the full reserved amount will still be charged.
