"Great location! Walkable to bars and restaurants. Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple. Couch, not made for sitting, makes into an additional bed, however not room for 4 people. Internet was very spotty, comes and goes. "

"The condo was wonderful - exactly as advertised! Our surroundings were very quiet - no vehicle noise or rowdy neighbors. You cannot get closer to the ocean. At high tide the condo is 50+ feet from the ocean. Easy access to the beach is on a short "pier" and 15+ steps down. The owner was prompt and provided detailed info about the condo. We highly recommend this condo."

"Unit has lots of space to spread out with breathtaking views of the beach. A great view from each bedroom and family room! A nice 1.5 mike walk or jog for great restaurants and ice cream. Owner is very accommodating, nice and fast in communication throughout your stay. Willing to send help as needed for supplies or help. Did find front bedrooms lacking in storage areas. Kitchen is stocked with anything you need. Cleaning company was changed due to the new company’s lack in a thorough cleaning....

"Awesome location right on the river across from the USS NC Battleship with a balcony and great view from the 9th floor. Situated in a great spot to walk to anything within the downtown area and the Live Oak Pavillion. We will be planning to stay here the next time we visit Wilmington!"

"This was a nice place to stay. Geat location and safe. Anytime you see people out at night jogging without a care in the world, you know you're in a decent location. We were 31 minutes from Wilmington Beach and 23 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, about 8 minutes from the Battleship and just a few minutes from the Riverwalk. "If you are looking for a great condo in the heart of everything, look no further. Park you car and walk everywhere. Condo was clean and had everything needed for a nice stay."

"The condo was newly remodeled and had an updated kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice living room, kitchen, balcony and bedroom. The balcony had a table and chairs, alone with an ocean view. On site parking was included. Restaurants, beach, and shopping were all within walking distance."

"Property has a terrific view, Only issue was the baseboard heaters. Only a few worked. We did figure out the electric heater in living room could be used to supplement heat. No instructions for using the elect, heater. Everything else was great."
