Hoteller nær Topgolf Virginia Beach

"This place can be better but unfortunately the staff reflects the type of environment you are encountering. I had an electronic device stolen from my room. I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door. They stole this item and when I noticed it was missing, I ended up staying the rest of my stay inside. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving to go to...

"I’m was so impressed with this location. I stayed here due to having some work done to my house. Everything was clean and my room so comfortable. I love the layout and it so quiet . It was so easy to check in and check out. I will definitely stay again! Thank you so much"

"The staff at this property were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were surprisingly vast and good. I would definitely stay here again !"

"The staff is very helpful when the manager is there."

"The room didn’t match the pictures shown on the site. Majority of the stay was good"

"The premises are permeated by a pervasive odor of cigarette smoke. Within our assigned room, only one electrical outlet is functional, the bedside lamp is non-operational, and the shower exhibits mold growth. Additionally, one of the bedsheets has an unpleasant odor, and both the elevator and the hotel facilities require comprehensive cleaning."

"We had 2 rooms. One was clean but the other had no wash cloth and the floor was vrey sticky and gross. Mold on the floor behind the bed. Hair in the bathroom sink and tub. Cable was terrible. No hair dryer. No coffee."

"It had the bones to be a nice place, but no care given to the physical property. The lone person working the desk was quick and attentive, but clearly was not given much to work with. The inner hallway smelled and could use new carpet and paint. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and needed patching and painting, a serious deep cleaning, a new refrigerator that actually worked, drain in tge tub was broken, peeling formica in bathroom, a remote for the TV. There was zero decorative accents...

The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...
