"This house is in a nice neighborhood, and the house itself is nice. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage. The pool was great - we paid the extra fee to heat the pool and I’m glad we did. We were happy with the air conditioning and hot water. We didn’t run out of hot water even with all of us showering, doing dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable. In all, it was a great stay!"

"We were visiting family in Del Webb’s Festival and so thrilled to find your beautiful home for our stay. The furnishings are comfortable, the bedding perfect. If I could change anything, it would be to have a safety bar in the shower. The Copper Canyon Golf Club restaurant, Indigo Grille was excellent. It was a great week!"

"What a fantastic week at such a beautiful home that was absolutely perfect for our family of six. Open concept living and kitchen allowed great family time. Two master suites and two bedrooms on the opposite side allowed everyone their own space at night. Pool was so much fun and great outdoor space with a grill which kept the heat out and fast and easy clean up. Great community- nice and quiet with easy access to interstate for day trips. We will definitely stay again next trip to Arizona ♥️"

"All we expected and more. We loved playing pool, shuffleboard, cornhole, and relaxing by the pool in the sun. The home is well stocked, clean and has plenty of room for everyone with 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms. One of the rooms has 2 bunkbeds that made it nice so our adult boys could have there own bed. We will rent this property again for our Phoenix AZ vacations."

"Although we gave fives in our rating, it was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. As someone else remarked, we could smell cooking and here the people a little bit--but because we knew that going in, it wasn't a big deal. To the owners: it would be nice to have a few extra towels and if you raise the shower curtain a few inches, it will keep the shower curtain from dragging in the tub. Also, at least two lights were burned out."

"House was great! 2 of the beds sit very low to the ground, perfect for kids. TV outside doesn’t work well? This wasn’t a game changer for us, too much fun being had to watch TV. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location, pool, back porch gorgeous! Landscaping amazing. We swam, watched birds and bunnies and had an overall great experience. Would revisit!"

The night before, but was up all night working on an obituary for my grandmother and realized I had missed a deadline for the following day. I messaged the property they responded promptly As well as accommodated me for a same day.Check in.. "Dustin was wonderful to work with. He checked in prior to arrival, upon arrival and prior to departure. The house was clean, well stocked, and very peaceful. There were cookies left for us as well as a note welcoming us to the property. There was also a notebook that had information on how to use everything in the home. My family and I arrived early and Dustin let us check in early. I enjoyed my stay at this property and will stay again if available on my next trip out West. Thank you so much...
