"Der lugter, virker beskidt. Det er meget slidt og gulvtæpperne er direkte ulækre. Ventilationen larmer ekstrem højt, så vi valgte at slukke, da det er bedre at fryse end ikke at få sovet. "Quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Casey. Easy to walk to the majority of "big" things. Check in was impersonal using a kiosk. We had no in person contact with any hotel personnel. "Upon checking in we were informed the elevator was broken and there were no ground floor rooms. My wife had suffered an injury to her foot and couldn’t climb steps. I asked about the non refundable reservation and was told that since it wasn’t our fault the reservation had to be cancelled we wouldn’t be charged. They didn’t have a room we could use.
