"Excellent"

"The room was really cute and comefortable. Close to Harajuku and restaurants"

"Excellent location. Amazon views from our room. English speaking staff, super helpful. Beautiful rooftop bar with excellent drinks. Great breakfast. Great service with airport transfer and in general."

"We loved our stay here, everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful. We had many questions and they were very helpful and helped us forward our luggage to the next city. The breakfast was amazing, I looked forward to it every day. Having the Refa brand products and blow dryer was a huge plus as I have wanted to try them, and i was able to purchase a few hairbrushes at the hotel to my surprise. The room is small but I knew that and the dimensions were listed online. With that said it...

"Was a good room with a good amount of space for 4 people. I would go there again if I am in the Shinjuku area."

"Nice hotel with excellent views from both the room and the roof top bar🙏☀️ super friendlyand helpsome staff! Be aware that the pool cannot be used by children at all - a annoying when traveling with kids. Most other hotels have timeslots where children can come - could be a possibility here aswell☺️"

"Ret Nice hotel. Superior rooms are beautifully decorated and have all the needed amenities. Good beds. Nicely decorated lounge and restaurant areas. Great location with subway stations just across the street or 300 meter away depending on your direction."

"Very close to shopping area. Very clean room, and very accommodating, they let us check in early and check out late! Highly recommended"

"Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på Shibuya Crossing og stationen med forbindelse til det meste af Tokyo. Topmoderne hotel med gode senge, køleskab og vaskemaskine. Tilmed også en lækker pool på 16. etage"

"Had a nice stay"

"This is a nice hotel, with very service minded personnel. We got help making dinner reservations and were offered that they store our lugagge on premise a few days prior to our arrival (which we didn't end up using). The location is unbeatable yet the place is very peaceful. We didn't really appreciate that the eco-cleaning, which is the default option, does not even include changing used coffee cups. Seems very low effort, especially for the price. Altogether, i thought the hotel was quite...
